Recipient: Northern School for the Blind (under the patronage of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn) and the Thailand Association of the Blind’s related projects

Donor: Microsoft Corp., Thai employees at Microsoft (USA/Thailand), Thais in Washington State, and Thai-USA Association

Program goal: To support a new pilot program on music arrangement occupational training program for the blind at the Northern School for the Blind (in Chiangmai). The training program is initiated by Dr. Monthian Buntan, the President of the Thailand Association of the Blind in collaboration with NECTEC and Thailand Ministry of Education. Funds will be used to provide music notation software, and related equipments needed.
